Goods delivery costs 6£ irrespective of dimensions or weight of the items ordered. Within EU goods are usually delivered within 2-8 working days from order confirmation date, if the goods have been ordered before 5 p.m. on working days. Cosmetics and perfumery, hygiene goods.

Cosmetics, perfumery and hygiene products that do not meet quality requirements can be returned to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery to you. In this case, defective product is replaced free of charge to a quality product or you are returned the paid money. To return the goods please contact our operator here.

High-quality cosmetics, perfumery and hygiene products cannot be returned, based on the laws governing item change and return procedure.
